Today I want to talk about a wine that I particularly like and that maybe not everyone knows about "the Bailiff " farm Trevisani. The ownership of Trevisani occupies 10 hectares spanning three different municipalities: Salò, and Soprazocco Puegnago del Garda.
In the '60s and Peppino Nini Trevisani founded the Company using some unusual varieties such as Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon. Since the '80s have given way to the children and Gian Pietro Mauro who have passionately pursued the philosophy of their parents. Bailiff
name comes from a wind of Lake Garda and when you uncork this wine has the sensation of inhaling the scents of the Lake
The color is bright straw, nose and citrus aromas, hints of peach, with delicate hints of tropical fruit.
mineral on the palate, fresh, perfectly balanced in flavor, with a round taste and a lingering finish and rewarding.
excellent with a menu of fish and marine lake.
